I realize not everyone can say that their career is their passion, but for me it rings true. Real Estate and helping people achieve their goals for themselves and their family is what I do day in and day out, and hope to continue to do far into the future. It’s been a major part of my life for almost the entire 20 years I’ve been in Vancouver. From working as a receptionist at a brokerage during my undergrad at UBC, to getting my license and working as a Licensed Assistant, then building and running a top-producing team, to now launching my business under my own name, I have seen and experienced all facets of this industry. This experience has also led me to cultivate a well known reputation within the industry, and I’m known as a strong negotiator for my clients but also a collaborative agent to have on the other side – and this can help get deals done.
I’m proud of the work that I do each day and am proud of the business I have built. As a Medallion member for the last 7 years, it means that I am actively working with clients to buy and sell their homes, keeping my pulse on the local market, and connecting with fellow agents in the area to get deals done. I’m also proud to have a business that grows organically, mainly through the referrals of past clients who have worked with me and know the excellent results I achieve and the comprehensive service I provide to each of my Buyers and Sellers.
One of my specialities is working with First Time Buyers – and Buyer’s in general – because of the care and dedication I offer to them throughout the process. There’s no small question and the foundation that we build together through the journey to their new home allows my Buyers to make decisions feeling educated and empowered.
When not with my clients viewing properties, holding open houses, reviewing strata documents or negotiating offers, you can find me in East Van, in the lovely Grandview neighborhood with my husband and our dog, Moo – the sweetest Border Collie you’ll ever meet. Grandview has been our home for the last 4 years, after calling Kitsilano home for 14 years. Or, I'm out at a local restaurant, enjoying a great meal with friends!

Jamie is the glue to Amy's business and helps ensure that all the t's are crossed and i's are dotted. With her background in Hospitality, she brings to the table a wealth of customer service knoweldge and expertise as well as a diligence to getting the job done in an efficent and timely manner.
